the staff are very friendly and welcoming. they are very knowledgeable about taxes and they answered all my questions. i would definitely recommend them to anyone.
they did my amended 1040 and sent it out very fast. however, they did not have my phone number on the check for the refund so it was sent back. i have contacted the irs and they said they will reissue. i am not sure if it is monarch's fault or irs fault but i just want to get my refund. i will update this review accordingly.
