i have been very happy with the service i have received from marshberry connect. they are always available to answer my questions and help me with my insurance needs.
i had an awful experience with marshberry. i went through them to get health insurance for my small business. they did not give me a quote at any time during the process. marshberry told me i had to switch to a different carrier or my employees would lose their coverage. i called the carrier directly and they said that was not true. i withdrew my application and they sent me a bill for $500 because of some mysterious "processing fee." it took them over a week to refund my money after i disputed the charge with my credit card company. i will never use them again.
