i have been a customer of central texas castles, ltd. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. they are always quick to respond to my needs and have always been there for me when i need them. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.
central texas castles, ltd. is a joke. they will do anything to keep money from going to the customer. we had a water leak in the roof and the first thing they do is say it is not covered in our policy. they took weeks to approve the claim even though it was covered under our policy. we had to live in a hotel for a month because of this. they refused to pay for the hotel. i would not recommend this company to anyone. they are terrible.
