while i appreciate the initial guidance, prompt response to my questions, and quick turn around to get the policy issued, the fees charged for the service was excessive. i was quoted a $100 fee upfront for the plan i was considering. when i finally received the invoice, the fee was for $300. my advice, get all fees in writing upfront to avoid any surprises.
