texas financial center, inc. is a great place to get insurance. i have been a customer for over 10 years and i have always been happy with their service. the staff is friendly and helpful and they have always been able to get me the best rates on my insurance. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
texas financial center, inc. in jasper tx is the absolute rudest business i have ever dealt with. i went in on a monday to get insurance quotes for my car and renter's insurance. i had never gotten insurance before so i was a little nervous and had lots of questions. the lady at the front desk was very dismissive and short with me. she seemed annoyed that i had so many questions and she kept rushing me. i didn't feel like i was getting any of my questions answered so i left. i'm not really the type of person to leave reviews but i was so frustrated with my experience that i felt like i had to. i don't like leaving bad reviews but after reading through all of these negative reviews, i am so glad i didn't give them my business. i understand that everyone has different experiences but there's a pattern here. i would avoid this place at all costs.
