providence insurance is an ok agency. they have good rates and customer service is friendly enough. i've been with them for a few years now and haven't had any major issues, but i haven't had to file any claims either. i'm not sure how they would handle that, but i'm hoping i never have to find out. overall, they're a decent option for car insurance, but there may be better options out there.
