i have been a customer of safe stop insurance agency for over 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure i get the best possible coverage at the best possible price. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
safe stop insurance agency located in 3620 gumwood ave unit 8, mcallen tx is the absolute, hands down worst insurance agency you could ever go to. they are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. i have been a customer of theirs for over 5 years and have never had a good experience with them. i have had to call them several times to get my policy fixed because they have made mistakes on it. they are also very slow to respond to emails and phone calls. i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
