since i decided to switch to armada, i haven't regretted my choice. they have great customer service. actually, i would like to commend one of their agents, jazmin cortez. she was very helpful and extremely patient with me. i had to ask her several questions and she answered them without any hint of irritation. i am very happy.
i was very disappointed with my experience with armada. i had to cancel my policy due to some personal reasons and i was told that i would get a refund for the unused months. however, when i called to follow up on my refund, i was given the runaround. i spoke to several different people and each one told me something different. finally, i was told that i would not be getting a refund because i had already used the policy for a few months. i am very frustrated and disappointed with the way i was treated.
armada has been my insurance provider for the past 5 years and i have been very satisfied with their service. i have never had any problems with them and they have always been very helpful. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance provider.
