worst experience ever! i have never had to deal with such a rude and dismissive person in my life. i have been calling since monday to get coverage changed for my rental. i finally get a call back today from a very rude agent named gina wynn. i told her my situation and she immediately tells me that it will take 2 weeks. i asked if there was a quicker way and she said no. i then asked to speak with someone else and she goes "no, i'm the only one who can help you". i asked for her manager and she refused to give me her name or number. finally, she hangs up on me! i called back 5 more times and she would just hang up on me as soon as she answered. i finally got through to another agent named lisa and she helped me immediately. i'm glad i was able to get my issue resolved but i will never go back to this agency. customer service is the worst!
