advanced senior resources is a good company. they helped me get my medicaid and medicare benefits approved. i am very happy with their services.

this agency i called this agency because my elderly mother in law needed to apply for medicaid and medicare. they assured me that they could take care of everything for me. i would not need to do anything. so i hired advanced senior resources and made the initial payment. now they are holding my mother in law's social security number and medicare card hostage because i failed to meet an arbitrary deadline that they set. now i can't get my mother in law's medicaid and medicare applications in on time and am facing the wrath of social services. i need to cancel these services with advanced senior resources but am afraid that they will not release my mother's personal information and cards. they did nothing to help me as the attorney they assigned to my mother in law never called her. i'm so angry right now. this is elder abuse. please help!
