if i could give a 0 star i would. not only did i never receive my insurance card i canceled my policy before it even went into effect due to them not answering phone calls or emails. when i went into the office they said my policy was canceled already and i still never received my refund. i'm very frustrated with the lack of professionalism and customer service that this location provides.
i've been with riddle insurance for many years and have always been happy with their service. they are always friendly and helpful, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that i'm taken care of. i would highly recommend them to anyone!
