i have been a client of 49 MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC for over 5 years and have never had any problems. i have filed two claims in that time and both were handled quickly and efficiently. the customer service reps are always friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable and reliable insurance.
let me start by saying the only good thing about this insurance company is the low price. however, you definitely get what you pay for. my first claim was a nightmare. my car was totaled and all they wanted to give me was $1500, even though my car was worth more than double that. i had to hire an attorney and go through a long and stressful process to get what i deserved. dealing with the customer service reps is absolutely dreadful. they are rude and do not seem to care about helping you. i would not recommend this company to anyone. save yourself the headache and go with another provider.
as a client of 49 MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC i must express my dissatisfaction on the way this agency has handled my case and others i personally know as well. i feel it is important to share my experience with this agency in order to prevent others from falling into the same trap i unfortunately did. i was immediately drawn to this agency as they offered the lowest quote out of any other company i had researched and my budget was tight at the time so i decided to go with this carrier. i later found out this 'low' rate is because they do not offer roadside assistance, rental car coverage or towing, which of course i had no idea about until i needed to use this coverage. when i actually needed to file a claim, this agency took no time at all to begin the blame game and try to push responsibility to someone else, which by the way was not successful. i am now waiting for payment for damages 6 months after the accident occurred and still nothing. i would not recommend this agency to anyone. save yourself the trouble and go with another provider.
