reasons insurance agency is a joke! i contacted them 1 month ago to get a quote for home insurance. i provided all requested information the same day and was told a quote would be emailed to me right away. a week went by and i still had not received a quote. i called back and was told my inquiry had been forwarded to another agent and i should receive an email that day or the next. 2 more weeks went by and i still hadn't heard anything. i called again and was told the agent handling my request had gone on vacation and no one had been assigned to help me. when i asked if they could assign someone immediately, i was told they couldn't guarantee that. i asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one available or on site. i filed a complaint that day with the bbb.
