21st century general agency inc is the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I have been with them for over 5 years and have never had a claim until recently. When I filed a claim, they denied it and said it was not covered. I called and spoke to a supervisor who was rude and unhelpful. I will never do business with them again.
