this office is very responsive to all account inquiries. they never fail to assist me with my insurance needs. in the past i have had issues with other insurance agency's not being able to provide me with the correct information and just making me feel like my needs aren't important. when i switched to this office, i was immediately greeted and taken care of. for the past 3 years i have been nothing but satisfied with my service.
the most disrespectful people i have ever had to speak to over the phone. ever since my mother passed away, i have been having issues getting the beneficiaries changed on her account. every time i call, i am either placed on a long hold where the call is eventually dropped or i am given the runaround. the employees here have been really unhelpful and they seem to be content with just ignoring my requests. i would not recommend this place to anyone.
