would not recommend! the first time i called about getting renters insurance, the man that answered was very rude to me and i ended up hanging up on him. i got a call back a few hours later from a representative who was able to help me but she said she would have talked to him as well.
very friendly and personable. the receptionist was very nice and the rep was very fast and knowledgeable. highly recommended!
k & k is consistently highly rated and has a very personal touch to meeting the insurance needs of customers.
i cancelled my insurance with this agency and did not receive my refund. they are holding my refund hostage.
