i have been a customer of the steffey group for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. they are always quick to respond to my needs and have always been there for me when i needed them. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
the steffey group sent me their insurance card 6 months late. i had to pay out of pocket for medical expenses because of this. the customer service i received was also subpar, with the representative being rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
