i’ve had nothing but problems since joining this insurance company. i have been with them for almost 2 years and have had to file 3 claims all together. the first claim was for stolen property in my vehicle and that went smoothly. the 2nd claim was when my car was hit in a hit and run. that claim was also fairly easy. the 3rd claim was when someone broke into my storage unit and stole about $10,000 worth of my belongings. this is where all the problems started. they have drug their feet the whole time. i have had to reach out to them multiple times for a status update. they either don’t return my calls or they promise to call me back by a certain time and don’t. when i finally spoke with an adjuster he was rude and very unprofessional. he was also very condescending. i ended up escalating it to his supervisor. she was not much better. i am now working with a corporate adjuster. we’ll see how that goes.
