ripkowski insurance agency, llc located at 2121 homepage rd suite 200 chapel hill, nc 27517, provided me with the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i have been a customer of this agency for over 10 years and have never had any problems until recently. i recently had a claim and the way i was treated was appalling. i was given the runaround and my claim was denied for no reason. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
