had the worst experience with them. their customer service seemed unprofessional and rude, no courtesy at all. i had called in to make a claim and the staff on the phone was very condescending and was making me feel like i do not know what i am talking about. i have had to reach out to upper management to get my claim addressed as i was getting the run around from their staff. they finally settled my claim after a month . i would not recommend this company to anyone.
