this insurance agency is the absolute worst i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a car accident and they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. they have lost my paperwork multiple times and have delayed my claim for months. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
