i've been a member of mt. carmel church federal credit union for over 10 years and have always been happy with their services. the staff is friendly and helpful, and i've never had any problems with my accounts. i've also taken advantage of their online banking and mobile app, which are both very convenient. i would definitely recommend mt. carmel church federal credit union to anyone looking for a good credit union.
mt. carmel church federal credit union has a good mobile app, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. i've had to call them several times with questions about my accounts, and each time i've been met with long wait times and unhelpful staff. one time, i was on hold for over an hour before i finally gave up and hung up. i've also had issues with their online banking system. it's often slow and buggy, and i've had to call customer service to help me with it several times. overall, i'm not very impressed with mt. carmel church federal credit union. i would not recommend them to anyone.
