i've never used this company, but i spoke to a representitive from this company and she was very courteous and helpful. i will definetly give them a call before i make a decision.
i provided the documentation two weeks ago and still haven't received a call back. i've called several times and left several voicemails, and emailed. haven't received a call or email back.
i've been with this company for over 10 years and have never had a problem. they're always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions i have.
