i was very happy with my agent, lisa marie. however, everything went downhill from there. they dropped the ball big time when it came to an accident that happened to my daughter. they didn't return any of my calls. when i finally got a call back from them a week later, they proceeded to send the wrong adjuster to my home. i'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service i received. i had to give them a one-star rating because there is no zero-star option.
