i had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service agent named anna. she was very knowledgeable and helpful. she answered all of my questions and helped me find the right insurance policy for my needs. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.
good quick and easy, however they need to provide more detail about the insurance products. i prefer dealing with an actual person on the phone to help explain the policies. i do think their service is great i just need more information up front so i know exactly what im signing up for.
