this agency is a joke and does not deserve to be in business. i would recommend staying as far away from them as possible. my experience with arcon insurance brokers inc has been nothing short of a nightmare. i signed up for a policy with them in march of 2022 and have been trying to cancel it ever since. i have called and emailed them numerous times, but they have refused to cancel my policy or refund my money. i have even sent them a certified letter, but they have ignored it. i am now considering legal action against them.
