i have been a customer of 1099policy insurance agency for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. they are always helpful and have always been able to answer my questions. i have never had any problems with them and would recommend them to anyone.
this agency has been nothing but a disappointment. they have caused us so many headaches and have been extremely unprofessional. they have made numerous mistakes, have not responded to our inquiries, and have even lost our paperwork. we have had to go to the insurance commissioner to file a complaint against them. we would not recommend this agency to anyone.
