alxa insurance is a great company. i have been with them for over 5 years and have never had any problems. their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
very bad company, poor customer service! i called them 5 times for 2 car insurance quotes. i left a message 3 times asking for someone to call me back. no one called me back. finally i got a lady on the phone and she was rude and unhelpful. she kept putting me on hold and talking to someone else. i will never recommend anyone to this company!
