this insurance agency is located downtown in a safe and clean looking building. jennifer and her staff were friendly and helpful at all times. they always answer their phones and return calls or emails right away! the best part is that they got me the best price out of the three agencies i compared with. i highly recommend them!
i am giving this agency a five stars review because their service is impeccable. i used to go to state farm before and never had any problems, but when i called them last saturday they told me they could not help me because they were closed! i called broken arrow insurance and they were able to help me right away. i switched right there! they are also very honest and always available for questions.
