new directions financial group, llc is worst insurance i have ever had. the customer service is the worst. i have made numerous attempts to contact my agent, by phone and by email and have yet to receive a response. i have been paying my premium on time for almost three years and yet am treated like a criminal when i call with questions. i would not recommend this company to anyone. i have never had an insurance company mistreat me like this before.
