i have been trying to cancel my auto policy for over a month now. i have called and left messages, emailed, and even sent a certified letter. i have yet to receive a response from anyone at schmalz & associates. i am very frustrated with the lack of customer service i have received.

i had been with this insurance agency for over 4 years. i should have switched a long time ago. they don't return calls, they don't help with the most basic of requests, and then they just ghost you. recently, my agent quit and they assigned me to a new one. she was at least responsive by email at first, but now she doesn't respond to those either. i emailed her twice this week and still have not heard back. i tried the main number, too, and no response. i'm paying a lot in premiums, and i expect to be able to get ahold of my agent when i need to. i'm switching as soon as i find a new company.

they are always very professional and helpful and quick to respond to any concern i have, big or small. i have been a customer of schmalz and associates for more than 10 years and have never had a problem with them.
