this is a first review of this insurance agency called 'DAPPER REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, LLC' located in '21811 HERENCIA, MISSION VIEJO CA'. i am very dissapointed with the service they provided. i called to get a homeowner insurance i was trying to get a better deal than the one i had for my house in California. the agent was not very nice over the phone. i felt i was being rushed into getting the insurance. i was not even given time to ask the questions i had prepared to get a better understanding of which product was going to fit my needs the best. the following day i called my insurance company and they were able to lower my insurance rate by $100 without hesitation. i will not be using this agency again.
