agent explained all the coverage clearly and was able to match me with the right coverage for my situation, at a great rate. he even helped me set up auto pay so i don’t have to worry about missing a payment. thank you!
this agency has misrepresented coverage’s (sic) and now we are without proper coverage and they are refusing to help us settle a claim. i would not recommend this agency.
great service! i had hail damage and they were able to get an adjuster out to my house right away. i was without coverage for a few days but they kept me updated on the status of my claim and made sure i was taken care of. i’m very happy with the service i received.
they made a mistake on our homeowners insurance and are now making us feel like we are at fault. we really don’t think we deserve to have to pay a penalty for a mistake one of their associates made. i have been with them for well over ten years but that does not seem to matter.
