while i do appreciate the coverage that you provided me this year, this year has been very hard for my family financially. my husband has lost his job due to covid-19 and money has been very tight for us. despite several attempts to reach someone at your office i was unable to get any help or relief from the high premiums due to non payment. i had to search for other insurance. i am very disappointed.
this is the best insurance agency in town! they are always so helpful and friendly, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that i am taken care of. i have been with them for several years now, and i have never had a problem. i highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
