they're quick but when you have a question it takes them days to get back to you. almost impossible to find a phone number to your local branch. everything is over the internet and via email and they take forever. i've been trying to pay my insurance less than 24 hours after it was due and i'm still unable to do so. i've emailed twice and still haven't received a response.
