i do not normally take the time to write reviews for businesses but the poor service i received from this company prompted me to warn others about doing business with them. i do insurance work and have had numerous dealings with various insurance companies. i have never been treated so poorly as i was by this company. i had to call davison on several occasions because they sent our notice of cancellation late. when i called, no one seemed to know what was going on with our policy. i was transferred several times and had to explain our situation each time. i basically had to do davison's job for them. we had to get insurance with another company because we never did receive our updated paperwork and did not want to risk losing our insurance. i requested a refund for the remaining months we have paid for and also reimbursement for the cost of the new company because davison's error caused this inconvenience. the lady i spoke with stated that she would submit my request to her supervisor. she promised to call me back within 24 hours. i never received a call back. i called on several other occasions and left messages but never received a return call. i am now disputing the charges with my credit card company.

my car insurance was recently canceled by my previous insurance company due to nonpayment. i was unaware of this cancellation until i received a letter from the dmv informing me that my registration was suspended. i immediately contacted davison insurance agency and spoke with agent stacey hicks. she was very helpful and got me covered right away. she was even able to get me a lower rate than i was paying with my previous company. i am very grateful for the help that stacey and davison insurance provided me during this stressful time.
