universal insurance group, llc is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently had a claim and they have been nothing but difficult to work with. they have delayed my claim for months and have refused to pay for the damages. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
