my experience was great. the agent was very informative and helped me understand my options clearly. he was able to show me plans that i thought i could not afford. i am very pleased with my experience with this company.
the initial process was great and seamless. how ever when i called to inquire about my policy the agent was extremely rude and didn't want to be bothered. he stated he had no time to answer my questions and told me to call a 1-800 number on my policy card. very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
