there are no words to describe how horrible this agency is. i WAS referred here by a family member who was also very unhappy with their service. i really should have listened to her and went elsewhere. but i figured that since i was referred by a family member, maybe she had gotten unlucky. i should have listened to my gut and ran when i had the chance.i don't have time to fully explain all of the horrible experiences I have had to deal with this business, but let me tell you, I will NEVER be doing business with them again!
