this insurance agency: 'burkhardt insurance services, inc.' located in '4335 van nuys blvd no 266, sherman oaks ca' is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for my car accident and they have been nothing but difficult to work with. they have delayed my claim, lost my paperwork, and have been rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
