i am writing a review in order to appreciate the customer focused care given by 'kent scott insurance and financial services, inc.' located in 'po box 119, gatesville tx'. i was not looking to switch insurance companies at all. however, my insurance agent did not want to drive to meet me. this agent was very confrontational and accused us of stealing a car and being non-payers. she left nasty messages on our answering machine. she refused to provide information requested. then, she let our policy lapse. we even sent a certified letter to provide the requested information, but she refused to accept it or contact us. that is when i found kent scott insurance and financial services, inc. they were very friendly and professional. they began working on our insurance policy right away. i was so happy to be rid of the other agent!
