they are absolutely wonderful! they are very friendly, low rates, quick and easy to work with, and they will work hard for you to get what you deserve. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
was told one thing on the phone and was told something different when i went in office to sign paperwork. got a different price and different coverage than i was quoted.
they have a high level of customer service when you first meet them in their office, but when you call with a concern, they are very rude and have no compassion for their customers. save yourself time, energy and frustration and find another insurance agency.
