unfortunately my experience with this agency was very unsatisfactory. i went in for information regarding home owners insurance and was told by the agent, kathy fisher, that the company had a highly rated financial stability rating, a.m. best, and that the policy included flood insurance. i was told that after one year my policy would be reviewed and my rate could be reduced. after i received my policy, i checked the a.m. best rating, which was only a b++ and not an a as stated by kathy. i called regarding this as well as the fact that flood insurance was not included. i asked about the reduction in my premium and was told by kathy that a review is not done after the first year and that there may not be any reduction for several years. i also found that the company does not offer flood insurance and that kathy could not explain why it was put on my policy. after several calls to the office, including a request that the manager call me back, which did not happen, i submitted a complaint to the new york state department of financial services. the outcome was that the agency admitted that kathy had misrepresented the policy and that i was entitled to a refund. the refund was sent before the 30 day deadline imposed by the state agency. although i did eventually receive the refund i was entitled to, i will never go back to this agency or recommend them to anyone. based on my experience, i would rate this agency a 1 out of 5.

i have been with this agency for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the service i have received. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am happy. i have never had any problems with my insurance coverage, and i have always been able to get the help i need when i need it. i would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable insurance company.
