there are many serious problems with hicks family subaru. the initial sales experience was ok. after the purchase, the customer service totally deteriorated. i will never go back to hicks. first, their service department doesn't honor appointments. they will happily schedule you for one, but they do not honor the time. when you arrive for the appointment, you will be told that they are running behind and will get to you as soon as possible. this generally takes hours! avoid this dealership at all costs.
i purchased my 2019 subaru crosstrek from hicks family subaru in august 2019. i have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership several times and have always been very pleased with the service. the service department is very friendly and helpful. they always do a great job on my vehicle and get it back to me quickly. the service manager, dennis, is particularly helpful and accommodating. overall, i have been very happy with my experience with hicks family subaru and would highly recommend them for both sales and service.
