i have been a customer of this company for three years and have had a great experience. i have never had a problem with their customer service and they have always been quick to resolve any issues that i have had. i would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable insurance provider.
they neglected to help me with my insurance claim, and i'm pretty frustrated about the lack of customer service offered to me. after speaking to three different people, i'm still no closer to resolving my claim. i have never had a problem filing a claim in the past, but the lack of help i've received is making me reconsider my policy with your company.
