as a former customer of nk & hh enterprises, llc i would like to share my experience with this agency. i have been a customer of this agency for over 10 years. i have had nothing but problems with this agency. i have had my policy canceled due to non-payment even though i had made the payment. i have also had my policy increased without my knowledge or consent. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
nk & hh enterprises, llc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
the agent, richard austin, is rude and not helpful. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
richard austin helped my wife and i file our taxes for both state and federal taxes in the years 2018 and 2019. unfortunately, he made mistakes on our taxes for both years and the irs audited our taxes for both years. he was very difficult to get in contact with and was not willing to help us correct these mistakes.
