my premium rate increased for the 3rd time in 4 years. i had enough, i switched to a different insurance agency for better rates but i will definitely miss how quickly they respond on chat. each rep i chatted with was knowledgeable and extremely courteous! they definitely deserve 5 stars for their stellar customer service.
i signed up for an insurance policy with this agency about 6 months ago, so far i'm very satisfied with their service. i haven't had any claims yet so i can't speak on that yet but when i had questions about my policy the representative i spoke to was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. i definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance.
