you can always get the help you need with auto insurance through the benefit doctor. i recently got into an accident and they made the entire process so easy. i highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.
i had some scheduling issues which seemed to be constant with this agency making it impossible to keep an appointment. i was told the representative would call back regarding scheduling and they never did. i chose to go elsewhere.
i would not recommend this agency to anyone. i have tried to call the agency numerous times and have not received a callback. the website does not allow you to make payments online, so i'm not sure how i am supposed to pay my bill.
