equitrust insurance marketing services, llc has some good points and some things that they can work on improving. while they're very responsive to customer needs and have knowledgeable and friendly staff, i have had issues with their lack of follow through. for example, being told that something will be addressed and then it doesn't happen or missing deadlines. however, i'm hopeful that they will address these issues and improve their customer service.
