i contacted kbml – alto after being in an accident. i was referred by a friend of mine who told me they would be very helpful in getting me a really great deal on insurance with low monthly payments. i called today and spoke with [redacted] and explained my situation to them. she really listened to all my concerns and was very sympathetic to my being in an accident and having to deal with all this. i really appreciated that. she let me know of all the discounts and specials i qualified for and i really got a great price on insurance. they have been really nice and supportive at kbml – alto, and as long as i'm here in this state i will be a customer of theirs. i would highly recommend this agency for their friendly and knowledgeable customer service and great rates on insurance.
